How OZERO processes orders, estimates delivery timing, and handles shipment questions for North America customers.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

If we need to verify order details, confirm address information, or resolve payment authorization, processing may pause until the issue is cleared.

Delivery Timing

Standard delivery for North America orders is typically 5-10 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier capacity, severe weather, remote addresses, customs review, or peak season volume.

Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time and will apply only when the order meets the stated conditions.

Tracking

When an order ships, OZERO sends tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is not visible, check nearby delivery areas, household members, building staff, and carrier notices before contacting customer care.

Delivery Locations

This storefront is designed for North America customers first. The checkout flow confirms whether a shipping address is currently supported.

Some addresses, including PO boxes, rural addresses, military addresses, and remote destinations, may have limited carrier options or longer timelines.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact customer care with your order number and tracking number. For damaged items, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label help us review the issue faster.

We may work with the carrier to investigate delivery status before a replacement, refund, or other resolution is issued.
